I focused on building a strong and trustworthy digital presence by:

- Developing **clear and informative content** about pharmacy services
- Positioning the brand as a **reliable and accessible healthcare provider**
- Improving consistency in posting and communication

Key actions included:

- Creating **educational and service-focused social media content**
- Highlighting essential services such as prescriptions and consultations
- Refining the brand voice to be more **simple, friendly, and trustworthy**
- Maintaining a consistent content schedule
